As a core component that controls fluid on/off or flow regulation through electromagnetic force, solenoid valves are used in almost every field of modern industry and life. In industrial production, solenoid valves are important actuators of automatic control systems and are often installed in pneumatic or hydraulic systems to accurately control the start/stop, reversal and speed regulation of mechanical devices. For example, the opening and closing of molds in injection molding machines and the advance and retreat of tools in CNC machine tools all rely on their rapid response capabilities.

The automotive industry is also inseparable from solenoid valve technology. The fuel injection solenoid valves in the engine management system can accurately control the amount of fuel injection within milliseconds. The hydraulic control unit in the gearbox coordinates gear switching through multiple sets of solenoid valves, while the thermal management system of new energy vehicles uses them to adjust the coolant circulation path. The medical equipment field has particularly stringent requirements on the accuracy and reliability of solenoid valves. Ventilators use micro solenoid valves to achieve accurate proportions of oxygen and air. Blood analyzers use them to control reagent flow. Even minimally invasive surgical robots rely on high-frequency solenoid valves to drive micro robotic arms.


It is also common in the civilian field. The water inlet valve of the fully automatic washing machine realizes water level sensing and water flow opening and closing through electromagnetic control. The water flow flushing function of the smart toilet is also based on the precise timing control of the solenoid valve. With the development of the Internet of Things and intelligence, smart solenoid valves with bus communication functions have begun to be used in remote-controlled central air-conditioning systems, smart irrigation devices and other scenarios, further expanding their application dimensions. This device that realizes precise control of fluids by converting electrical energy into mechanical energy has become an indispensable basic component in modern automation systems.
